The philosophy of the school. The fact that each child can be an individual and they are valued for strengths and talent. That each child can be put in the level they need to be for different subjects. All children interact with each other and older kids mentor the younger students. The art & music programs. That every child takes art & music.

When a student was told to be quiet and he told me it would be terrible for his image.
