We would appreciate a variety of food donations; our past potlucks have been met with great enthusiasm from the staff and leftovers are consumed happily all for the remaining week!
Contributions may be dropped up leading up to Wednesday and should be at the school no later than 11:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Veggie Tray
Fruit Tray
Appetizers
Your favorite family dish (We've had volunteers bring in homemade sushi, delicious soup, enchiladas, casseroles, etc in the past)

Spring Open House & Concert - 1:00 PM

Our SPRING OPEN HOUSE WILL BE THIS SUNDAY, MAY 19TH AT 1:00 PM. The approximate length of our program is 85min. The choir, orchestra, and students can't wait to show you what they have been working on. As with any group sport, this performance is a team effort. If one person is absent, it challenges the whole team's game plan. Therefore, all students need to be there (PRE-SCHOOL THROUGH 12TH GRADE) in order for the program to be as they have practiced and planned for.
CHOIR STUDENTS NEED TO BE HERE BY 12PM.
ORCHESTRA STUDENTS NEED TO BE HERE BY 12:15PM, dressed in black and white attire only.
ALL OTHER STUDENTS should be here and in their classrooms by 12:30. Please dress nicely.
*FOR THE YOUNGER STUDENTS PLEASE BE SURE THAT THEY HAVE A GOOD SNACK PRIOR TO THE CONCERT. WE WANT THEIR TUMMIES HAPPY DURING THEPERFORMANCE.
Once you've worked up an appetite, please be sure to purchase lunch from our Promethean Society. They will be holding an "AROUND THE WORLD FOOD FESTIVAL". The food fest will include a variety of delicious dishes from all around the world such as, Korean BBQ, Vietnamese egg rolls, hamburgers, deserts, and much more! (menu below)
ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TOWARDS THE HIGH SCHOOL'S 2013 PROM.
*** ONE LAST NOTE: Please be prepared to stay for the entire concert. We appreciate your understanding in not leaving after your child's performance. Our students and staff have put in a lot of hard work, and would love for you to see the entire concert!
