Elementary • "Space Cadets" • March 6, 2009

The Caterpillars (Kindergarten) and Stegosaurs (1st grade) have been studying a unit on space. To go along with this fun theme, today they donned homemade astronaut uniforms, including space helmets they decorated themselves! They went on a mission through the garden, ending in the playground where they 'landed' and planted a United States flag to mark the territory. They had a blast!
